Hello,

a bit about me:

From a young age, I have had a deep-rooted desire to study Medicine and through my perseverance, work ethic and social and ethical awareness, I have secured a position in the Bachelor of Medical Science at Griffith University, with provisional entry into Doctor of Medicine (MD). I have a willingness to help those in need, seen through my voluntary participation in charity-based organisations, awareness campaigns and numerous extra-curricular activities, which has moulded me into the considerate and socially conscious individual that I am today. I enjoy working collaboratively on tasks and look forward to working with a diverse range of individuals in the workforce. I am also an independent individual with great motivation to complete tasks that I undertake to the best of my ability.

I hope to harness my strengths of a prodigious blend of communication skills, motivation and determination to improve health care in Australia. One of Australia’s most pressing public health concerns is the increased incidence of alcoholism, heart disease and rates of suicide in rural areas. Understanding that there is a lack of medical practitioners working towards bridging this significant gap, I am hopeful that I will be able to provide services to help those who need it most and have limited access to medical services.
